**UPDATE** Both of the LNG export proposals in this video have been denied, but in the wake of the Nov. 2016 election, the massive proposal in Southern Oregon has come back from the grave.
This Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) export project would be the largest source of carbon emissions in the state and require a 230 pipeline to be built across private and public land.
This cohort from Sunnyside Environmental School is very active in advocating for their right to a healthy and stable climate. After learning about the LNG issue, these climate activists wrote the video's script and did most of the artwork. They have spoken at several Portland City Council hearings on fossil fuel issues and will continue their important work in the years to come.
