I was in okay shape. IST wise I did 15 pull ups, about 70-80 crunches and ran 1.5mi in about 9 minutes flat

nice! just continue to lower your run time and increase your pulls, pulls are considered the "easy" points in the PFT

@JOBREEZE sweet! I would say make sure you can maintain your pulls and work at them even more so 20 would not be a problem for you and at bootcamp it'll be impressive if you can do more than 20. As far as your run I would make sure you work on it a bit more, 10:30 isn't to bad but you have to do a 3 mile for the PFT and if you maintained that exact pace that'll put you in 21 minutes exact and thats not including the fatigue that later kicks in.
