Cleaning the Flashforge Creator Pro. Several months ago one of my extruders starting producing bad quality prints and eventually stopped working. The easy thing was to remove the gear assembly and clean the feeder gears. I completed that and still had print issues. The next step was to remove the nozzles and clean them with Acetone. The video is my process of removing the nozzles and PTFE tubing, cleaning the nozzles, replacing the PTFE tubing and putting everything back together. NOTE: I only use this printer for ABS, so there may be other more efficient ways of cleaning PLA. Acetone breaks down ABS very fast and seems to be the best way to clean ABS clogs and jams. WARNING: Acetone is very flammable. Use in well ventilated areas.
