John Casella is managing director and winemaker for Casella Wines. His family winery produces the world's biggest-selling wine brand: [ yellow tail ] His objective when introducing it to the US in 2001 was to sell 50,000 cases of shiraz. By year's end, Casella had shipped almost a million cases. Today, [ yellow tail ] sells 12 million cases per year and is widely available in more than 50 countries. How did he do it? What's coming next? He spoke with Konrad Ejbich in Toronto.
