Its time to do it. Here's the thing, I like a healthy portion of these bands in some variety, but even I have to admit that like any other genre, metal has overrated bands, for some reasons that are obvious, and others that aren't. Add your own, state why you disagree, just make sure they were formed before the year 2000.
