Instructions: Lightly flour your work surface. Flatten your dough into a rectangle whose short end is slightly shorter than the length of your loaf pan.

Fold the dough halfway back and use a flat open hand to make a seal. Don’t be shy about using pressure! You need to press firmly with your hand to make the seal.

Pull the outer corners to the center and use a flat open hand to make another seal. Fold the dough back halfway and use the heel of your hand to secure the seal.

Place the loaf seam-side down into a greased bread pan and press gently to fill in the sides.
