The Nordic Sound Bite is the ultimate Nordic cross creative collaboration between music and food, where Nordic musicians are partnering up with Nordic young food artists, who will design and develop a special sound bite, based of the different bands ultimate dna sound. In London with Mew, NONONO, Sin Fang, Sakaris and Kid Astray.

The Nordic Sound Bite was be presented for the first time for the Nordic Ja Ja Ja Festival in London. This first ever Ja Ja Ja Festival took place at the iconic Camden venue the Roundhouse on the 8th/9th November 2013 -- a celebration of Nordic sounds, sights and tastes. An event which explored not just the music of the region, but the wider culture too. www.jajajamusic.com

The concept Nordic Sound Bite is developed as a pilot project within the New Nordic Food project Food & Creative industries together with curator and designer Nikolaj Danielsen. Produced and created for Ja Ja Ja in London together with designers Ayhan Aydin, Hafdis Sunna Hermannsdottir and Josefin Vargö.
