Disarmament is evolving — and so is our website!

We've launched a new hub for the most innovative ideas in disarmament.
2019 has been a busy year for UNIDIR. Our commitment to tackle the most pressing issues in disarmament and international security, has taken us to over two dozen countries across five continents. To allow us to better reach a wider audience we’ve created a new platform to foster dialogue and collaboration: a brand new UNIDIR website.

Everything you need, all in one place.
Our new website is an interactive hub, unifying original video content, tools, commentary, events and more. For all things UNIDIR, you’ll find it here.

Streamlined navigation that just makes sense.
Our updated site combines a fresh new look with easier navigation and original opportunities to exchange ideas on disarmament and international security. We’ve also made it easier for you to read and share our reports, with a facility for advanced searches. Eager to RSVP for upcoming events? We have it covered. Just visit our Events page. At unidir.org, it’s easier than ever to find what you’re looking for.

A new platform for conversation and learning.
We’re proud of our long history and impact in fostering dialogue and collaboration on disarmament and international security – our new site takes this to another level. With our Gender and Disarmament Hub, for example, practitioners, diplomats, academics and civil society will be able to engage with the latest research, guides and areas for action. Our site also features original commentary from UNIDIR experts, as well as other top names in disarmament and international security, in an exciting Newsroom.

Come see for yourself.
