Have you ever smoked rice? Rice BBQ anyone? tastes amazing. Try it. It is so good!
I think I am the first who somked rice! I have not seen it anywhere; except in the village of Foshtom, near Rasht in Iran; where my grandmother used to cook rice over woodfire.
I am also making eggplant with egg and gorgonzola. Fried sliced eggplant with egg is atraditional food from Foshtom. I added Gorgonzola cheese and made it a Foshtom-Italian dish!
