My problem is my external drive doesn't even show up in the Disk Management section to even change the Drive letter.  All that is there is my C drive and CD-ROM.  Help!

i did that but when i clicked at the disk management, it only showed the local disk

does this apply if menu comes up on any usb drives saying " that does not have program associated with it. create program in default programs"

Hi Craig, thank you for the video. What if this does not work? Windows did assign the letter F to my drive. It showed in Disk Management, but it does no t show in the windows explorer. I changed the letter to J. It still did not show in windows explorer. I rebooted and now it shows in the windows explorer. Great right? But when I click it, it pops a message which says "Please insert Drive J". Can you please help me? Please not that my drive is not a thumb drive. It is a Seagate internal hard disk, I connected it via a SATA to USB adapter.
