The spikey icicle stage hazard makes it's debut!

This gameplay proves that playing as characters without walking animations will definitely prove difficult. I'm also going to adjust what attacks take how much power to use in the future. In this case, plowing through the stage with Chill Penguin's belly slide would be ideal, but if it consumed more power it would motivate one to use it sparingly.
