A recording with explanations and short interviews of an Holacracy tactical and a governance meeting. Recorded in June 2016 by Vergaderverkalking.nl when Springest had about 30 employees and 3,5 years of full Holacracy adoption.
We'll show you all the parts of the process and how our Alignment (general) circle operates.
This includes the check-in, project updates, metrics (KPIs and OKRs), agenda building, triage and defining next actions. After the tactical we'll show one agenda item of our governance meeting in which the tension and proposal are stated, clarifying questions asked, reactions given and integration done :)
It also includes one person joining remote via Google Hangout, and shows how we use Google Sheets and Asana to guide and document everything.
The meeting of course ends with a check-out in which everyone reflects on the meeting process.
Interviews include our Holacracy coach Diederick Janse from Energized.org and Matt, Debbie and Liz who work at Springest in several roles. They reflect on what it's like to work in a Holacracy and the differences with more traditional non-Holacratic organisations.
