East Ramapo tries to stop videotaping

East Ramapo School Board President Daniel Schwartz is at it again. Here he ignores the rulings from the NYS Committee on Open Government and places his own restrictive rule of Video Taping only from the back of the room. Emilia White stands her ground. Security and the police try to intimidate Emilia White to go to the back of the room. Emilia White does not wilt under the pressure. The Ramapo Police don't fall victim to the improper edict that videotaping must only take place from the back of the room. The Police know what the law is and they will not make an unlawful arrest.
The school board had threatening Emilia White with Criminal Trespass on school property, but will not arrest trespassers at schools when children are present!
