The First Amendment protects freedom of speech - "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for redress of grievances."

I do not recognize this alien concept of "hate speech" therefore, as my freedom of choice renders, i dont accept it and fundamentally reject its validity as a legal term in any discussion for the first amendment supersedes any other fictitious terms on the matter. Free speech is free speech.
