This routine was led by Zuzana. This routine is my FAVORITE because it includes all 3 of my workout stuff (dip bar, sandbag, & ugi ball) I purchased since working out to Bodyrock exercises! not to mention the gymboss! I wanna thank my good fitness friend "sugar" who introduced this wonderful site!
Just 5 exercises! 10/30 second intervals..
This routine is a killer for whole body! Don't forget to contract your core and tighten those glutes & breathe! Post workout....HYDRATE!!! & Stretch!
