TAC motorcycle and scooter protective clothing campaign, March 2008.

A male has fallen off his motorbike and we see him in the operating theatre at the Austin Hospital in Melbourne. An emergency doctor tells us about the man's serious injuries and how they could have been prevented if he was wearing protective clothing.

The TAC's Protective Clothing campaign asked riders,"What's between you and the operating theatre?". This campaign was developed to highlight the risks associated with riding motorcycles or scooters without the appropriate protective clothing.
