The Association For American Indian Development's, "Reach The Rez" tour is a proactive nationwide project which utilizes live presentations that combine speaking, performance and pre-recorded and pre-produced video segments filled with motivational and inspirational messages that inspire and motivate Native American communities and their youth. It is a one-of-a- kind traveling effort that has already made a positive impact in over 450 Native American communities within the last six years.
The Reach The Rez Tour, a massive effort of action -- is leading an offensive against the problems that have been plaguing "Indian Country" for years.

Issues addressed on the Reach the Rez Tour include: Self Esteem, Alcohol Prevention, Culture and Tradition, Drug Prevention, Education, Diabetes Awareness, Bullying, Domestic Violence, Gang Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyles.

From 2005 to 2006 -- the Reach the Rez Tour traveled over 54,000 miles with Native American role model Litefoot delivering and encouraging the messages of the effort to American Indian reservations and communities across the United States. That message was delivered over 211 times in one year and tens of thousands of American Indian people were empowered. Spirits were lifted, hope was spread and hearts were healed.

The Reach The Rez Radio program, a mix of hip hop music and motivational messaging aired each week of the 2005-2006 Reach The Rez Tour. The program was produced on tour and then distributed to Tribal radio stations via the Native Voice One (NV1) Satellite Network.
