I describe a great P90X workout alternative. It uses "athletic" workout principles and takes 20-30 minutes per day 4 times per week. And it's much cheaper.
Don't get me wrong, the P90X workout is probably the most popular workout in the world (and for good reason), but it's not for everyone. If you already bought P90X, then don't worry about this video. Just stick with it and get the results you're looking for. But if you're on the fence, and are just put off by the cost, or the effort involved with P90X, you might like this other product I found.
Now to be honest, this P90X alternative workout uses the same principles of "muscle confusion", "after burn effect", "intensity", etc but it's just a lot more condensed.
