From March 26-28, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear six hours of arguments relating to the Affordable Care Act, President Obama's healthcare reform legislation.
The Court will first hear arguments on how the Anti-Injunction Act, an obscure provision of the U.S. tax code, impacts the cases. Prof. Kent Stressman of the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law discusses the matter.
