This is the first 2 steps of making oxtails. I say like a Haitian because obviously a Haitian is preparing them (my mom). I don't know how Jamaican's make them, so yeah! If you have any questions feel free to comment below or message me.

Here is what you need:

Oxtails (quantity is up to you)
Onions
Garlic
Thyme (forgot to mention in video)
Parsley (forgot to mention in video)
Lawry's Season Salt
Salt (optional)
Black Pepper
Habanero Pepper
Goya Adobo Seasoning (Blue Top)
Worcheshire Sauce
Hot Sauce
Limes

This dish goes well with white rice, rice and beans, and whatever veggies you want to pair with it. We usually make it with cabbage.
