Over a million EU citizens have forced an historic science hearing at the EU Parliament on May 11th. 1.173,131 million EU citizens submitted passport details, ID numbers, birth dates and private postal addresses to sign a formal petition which has enabled a unique Citizens Initiative titled 'Stop Vivisection' http://stopvivisection.eu/en

Leading expert in the field of animal modeling Dr Ray Greek was invited by the Commission to testify against the use of veterinary principles for human medicine, and the UK's representative on the science Committee for 'Stop Vivisection', Dr Andre Menache, also testified. Both presentations are superb.

It was unacceptable that Dr Greek was asked to prepare a 16 minute talk, but was then cut short at 10 minutes and 12 minutes - nevertheless, Dr Greek covers a great deal of evidence and is brought back in to speak for a second time. For a written transcript of Dr Greek's full statement - which was cut short on the day - please visit this link http://www.afma-curedisease.org/blog/...

In this film, both Drs Greek and Menache call for properly moderated public scientific debate hearings in the form of juries, with independent judges from the scientific community to judge their positions against the claims made by animal modelers. No scientist from the animal experimentation community has ever agreed to this, despite it now being called for by 83 members of the last UK Parliament (prior to the UK's recent election). The debate conditions for this more thorough science debate hearing are endorsed as "well set out and fair" by Britain's foremost human rights defence barrister Michael Mansfield QC.

For Dr Greek's response to comments by the vested interest group FRAME - who have published a misleading paper about dogs with Cruelty Free International - please visit this link http://www.afma-curedisease.org/blog/...

Please note the hall was packed on the day - here's a photo taken mid session: https://twitter.com/ScienceForCures/s... the camera shot on this film cuts back to a half empty hall shot in between statements.

Enjoy this important milestone in the vital exposure of the harm caused by misapplying veterinary principles to human patients.
