ICE Cybercrime Virus/ Moneypak/ Malware/ Ransomware Virus Removal Instructions:

ICE Cyber Crime Center Virus Symptoms & Behavior:
This is a Malware or ransomware that fakes as an alert or a warning from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement that you are involved in online criminal activity and demands that you pay a fine or end up in jail as a criminal.

In other words, this computer virus claiming to be from ICE, locks your PC for a ransom!!!

If you've gotten here from watching our other videos and you still can't get into command line, let me show you how you can do it by using your computer's recovery tool.

Remove ICE Cyber Crime Center Virus: Free Virus Removal Using Windows Preboot environment
Start by shutting down your computer by holding the power button for ten seconds. Once you begin rebooting your computer, start taping the F8 key about twice every second. This should bring up the advanced boot options.

In your advanced boot options menu, select repair your computer. This should be highlighted by default at the top.

When the pre-boot environment loads, select your language and hit next. Choose the profile you normally log in with and enter your password. If you don't have a password configured, leave it blank and hit ok.

In the system recovery options, choose command prompt at the bottom.

This will bring up the command window where you can type "notepad" and hit enter.

Once notepad comes up click file at the top and then select open. Go to the bottom and choose "all files from the files of type drop down.

Double click computer, then local disc C, find the users folder and open your user profile that we logged in as.

In this directory, look for a suspicious file name ending in .dll and delete it.

Go back to the system recovery and click restart.

As the system restarts, press F8 key twice to bring up the advanced boot options.

Use the down arrow to select "Safe Mode with Networking" option.

Using the browser, go to http://norton.com/npe

Click the button "Download Norton Power Eraser" (this antivirus will uninstall ICE-Cybercrime-Center-Virus)

Save it to the Desktop and double click icon to run the exe file

Agree to the User License terms

As soon as Norton Power Eraser initializes, click 'Scan for Viruses'

Let it Restart to scan

Tap F8 again as the computer reboots

Use the down arrow to select "Safe Mode with Networking" option again.

Click Run to allow Norton Power Eraser to automatically scan.

Once it finishes, you'll see the 'Scan Complete' window with the results of the infected file.

Click the Fix button at the bottom to remove ICE virus, if found.

It will ask you to reboot or restart your system one more time. Click Restart.

When your computer reboots to normal mode, you'll see a confirmation that NPE uninstalled the ICE Cyber Crime Center virus.
