to leave a daughter fatherless for the sake of his own glory and adventure....irresponsible.  great adventurer.  bad father.

A sad, yet fitting end to a brave man. I think that he was, however, selfish to risk his life when he had a wif e and a young child who will have to live without him. I very reluctantly gave dangerous thrill-seeking about two years after the birth of my first son when the penny finally dropped that I was utterly necessary to his successful upbringing.

What an asshole... participating in deadly sports for fun when he has a daughter to raise.   Look if you wanna play with death, go right ahead, it's your life.  But don't do it when you have a young child to raise.  Each jump you take, you risk screwing up her life forever by denying her a father.

Sounds pretty dumb to use a rope already used once for this and that has been hanging outside for days.

I can't believe people carry on doing stunts like this after they have children. Seems selfish to me.

I used to drag race a Motorcycle years ago, but gave it up when my son was born. This guy should have thought about his young daughter.
