'Breaking the Vicious Cycle' is an Erasmus+ funded school exchange project being held in Malta, Portugal and Germany for students from challenging backgrounds, giving them the opportunity to mingle and exchange experiences and cultures. The project was made possible after MEUSAC assisted the Msida Education Hub to apply for the project which comprises of three short-term exchanges in the three different partner countries. As a result of the project, a number of students from two foreign schools will also participate, Malta being the lead partner in this project. The project was kick-started in Malta and footage of a day of activities held at school, in Mosta and in Mellieħa, showed how students were assisted in developing life skills in topics such as healthy eating, budgeting and teamwork. The project is supported by MEUSAC, EUPA and Europe Direct Valletta.
