Certified Life Coach, author and speaker Terry Sidford, spent
years working with women in all walks of life and was
astounded by the courage and valor they demonstrated daily;
even though they never saw themselves as courageous. Terry
shares the insights gained from her research collected from 100
women, as well as experiences from her own life, and
encourages women to give themselves permission to tell their
own stories, stand tall, be proud, and not feel alone. Her talk
gives us all the inspiration to discover and celebrate our own courage. As a dual-certified life coach by Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation.
Terry’s life’s purpose is to clear away the darkness that prevents individuals from seeing their own unique paths to achieving their dreams. For the past eighteen years she has helped people reach their highest potential so that they may live their lives to the fullest.
Terry has spent over half her life acquiring the knowledge and experience
that qualify her to guide others. The acquisition of those experiences is the basis for her book One Hundred Hearts: Inspiring Stories from the Women Who Lived Them, a collection of stories of female courage in the face of adversity. A sought-after speaker, Terry is also a certified Passion Test facilitator, accredited Pilates instructor, and author of a popular newsletter that showcases her personal experiences and insights.
The mother of two grown sons, Terry lives with her husband in Park City,
Utah. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
