Research is actually showing that Kegel exercises are not the best thing to do. You should do, like, if you are squatting, if you were to pick up laundry or something, kind of sit there and rock. It is supposed to work all of the pelvic muscles instead of just the pelvic floor muscles by squeezing it.
You can try that out, if you've just had a baby, that probably won't be a very comfortable position for you. You might want to wait on that.
A couple of things that did not work: vinegar. I heard you should sit in vinegar or something and some kind of mint. No, that is not going to help you. You would probably just have a stinky vagina.
