VIV is An UGV created by robotics Lab in IIT chicago. VIV is designed with variable internal inertial properties, by shifting some payload in the middle along the longitudinal direction. So VIV can generate high dynamic maneuver without lose controllability. More information can be found on robots.iit.edu
