(THC) Tetrahydrocannabinol is the main psychoactive ingredients in cannabis that induces the psychological effect. When the compound enters the bloodstream it targets the central nervous system, altering the brains neurological function. Although the (THC) property emanates from a natural plant, the potency alters the brains processing system. The (THC) property binds to the naturally produced cannabinoid receptors in the brain, altering how the receptors process information, causing irregular or disruption of the brains natural regulating mechanism. Recently they've discovered ways to harness the DNA structure of THC to create synthetic drugs. A chemically induced imitation of a process that propagates naturally between the harmony of botany and the ecological system. Intriguing indeed. I'm currently writing a paper on Tetrahydrocannabinol psychoactive ingredients vs synthetic-psychoactive stimulants such as amphetamine and methamphetamine in adderall.

This'll was said in 2004. He needs to act on legalization federally. He would go down in history as the president for change.

The pursuit of happiness. Prohibition clearly does not work. Tobacco is more dangerous than marijuana yet is lawful. Please legalize. The current drug laws are totally absurd.

Decriminalization is what we need in this country <3

Prohibition says "I get to control what you put into your body."  Decriminalization says "I get to control HOW much of it you put into your body."  Both of these are BULLSHIT because the only one who gets to control what goes into MY body is ME so legalize ALL drugs. I'm tired of the people who say "We should ONLY legalize marijuana since it's safe." And I always say "So you only let people put what they want in their bodies when it's safe?" They still don't listen but the point is the war on drugs is crap and should be ended.

No wonder he never legalized marijuana nationwide. He kept his stance on it as seen in this video!

Today, his DEA just voted to keep Marijuana a Schedule I substance. A higher risk above drugs like "Cocaine"
