Quickfoot ladder drills are an excellent way of warming up the nervous system and improoving coordination and lightness on ones feet. Injury prevention is often the difference between 100 millisenconds on ground contact and 200 milliseconds. Great for light exercise or done to the edge of ability. Give um a try even if you have to chalk the ladder on the ground (cheap method)
