2016 marks the 60th anniversary of MSF Fostering Scheme in Singapore. MSF Fostering Scheme provides a temporary alternative care arrangement for children who are below 18 years of age and are in need of a safe, stable and nurturing home.
To learn more about the joys and challenges foster families face, Minister for Social and Family Development Mr Tan Chuan-Jin visited the home of Mr Ismail and Mdm Zawiyah.
MSF would like to thank all our foster parents for opening up their homes to care for vulnerable children.
