This is from the very last CED (Selectavision) Videodisc title ever made, given to the remaining RCA Videodisc employees when production of discs shut down for good in June 1986. (The format had been on life support for about 2 years after player manufacturing was discontinued in 1984- new movies were still being released in the meantime.) This is considered the Holy Grail of CED videodiscs since it was the very last and wasn't available to anyone outside RCA.
The disc begins with a speech by Dr. Jay Brandinger, General Manager of Videodisc Operations. Audio for this part is only in the left channel, when this disc is played on one of the SJT models (or any others, like the Hitachis, which can automatically detect dual-audio tracks) the player is forced into mono mode. I transferred this on an SJT-250 to keep a constant stereo signal.
