Alright you guys this next one is serious cardio work. We're going to add a few different steps together so that you're able to keep your cardio going and you don't have to stop. We're going to add three steps.

First one, slide hop hop. You're going to slide to the right. Slide, hop, hop. Yes. Slide, hop, hop. You're going to do that eight times, okay. Let's just do that one up to tempo. Ready, set, to the right. Slide, hop hop. Slide, hop hop. Slide, hop hop. Slide, four more. Slide, you can do whatever you want with your arms. Slide, hop hop. Slide, hop hop.

From here get ready to kick kick kick kick it up. Kick, kick, kick, kick it up. Yes. Kick, kick, kick, kick it up. Kick, kick, kick, kick it up.

Okay. Let's do that one. That one also is going to happen eight times, OK. And we have one left. OK, here we go, right foot. Kick kick, kick it up. Kick kick, kick it up. Kick kick. Kick kick. Four more. Four. Three. Two. And one.

Now from here notice your left foot is free to do run run run toe tap, yes. Here we go. Run run, toe tap. Run run, toe tap. Toe tap. Four more like that. Run run, toe tap. Toe tap. Run run, toe tap. Toe tap.

Okay. If you didn't catch that one quickly, slow, run, run, run, toe tap. Yes. To the side. Run, run, toe tap. Alright.

So we're adding those together. Three moves. How many times do they happen? Eight, okay. The magic number is eight. I want you to get your cardio up. We're going to go to the right then to the left. No stopping.

Ready? Here we go. Slide, hop hop. Slide, hop hop. Slide, travel. Slide. Four more. Slide, hop hop. Slide, hop hop. Slide, hop hop. Now kick. Kick kick. Kick kick. Kick kick. Kick kick. Four more. Kick kick. Kick kick. Two. Left foot run it out. Run run, toe tap. Toe tap. Toe tap. Four more. Four. Three. Two. Guess what. Now you can go to the left.

Slide, hop hop. Slide, hop hop. Slide, yeah. And stop right here, okay.

So, you have three moves. They happen eight times. You just keep going. Starting to the right or to the left. Slide double hop. Kick kick kick it up. Run run toe tap.
