Recap from my Hoopcamp Minis workshop for a move called the front waist wrap. This is a super cool move that hardly any mini hoopers are doing and it is a great move to do on fire because there are no surface switches! Yay!
Make sure you don't hurt yourself while working on this trick. If your wrists, arms or body get tired, give it a rest and come back tomorrow or next week. It will be okay - you'll get the move when your body is ready!
I have the red hoop in my right hand and the silver in my left. If you are having a hard time remembering which of your hands matches up with mine, feel free to put a piece of red tape on your hoop while you work through this tutorial.
