Pairing poultry with honey is quite usual tradition for South Mediterranean countries. Quails with honey are easy to cook and quick dish.

Moroccan style Quails with Honey

Ingredients and instructions:

Quails -- 3 pieces
Honey -- 2 tea spoons
Olive oil -- 2 table spoons
Sea salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Dry ginger powder to taste

Cut down tips of wings. Make a cut along bird's back. Turn the quail out. Cover it with cling film and press with a hand. Add salt. Add pepper. Pour with olive oil. Add Dry ginger powder. Add honey. Slightly trample the quail down. Cook it for 10-15 minutes. Serve the quail with Moroccan Couscous.
