We're starting a series of short vlogs by two of our techs in Auburn, Washington, who get asked a lot of questions by customers. Both Brian and Rick enjoy talking to customers and they're also accomplished photographers and videographers, so they volunteered to be part of this series. This segment is about the importance of tightening the cable in your home. To be clear, this is not the only reason people might have issues with cable signal. In fact, we'll be posting vlogs about other possible causes. But it's good to check your connections to make sure they're tight, the point of this video.
