MUGEN:Taking on Tips4tat U.Terry AI patch.

This AI was more challenging then the charlie patch,but not for the right reasons(in my opinion anyway). honestly, it just has a tons load of invincibility frames and just throws out a whole bunch of safe moves,which is like almost all of them. i didnt play much CVS2 but i feel like most of the moves that are safe,shouldnt be, but i could be wrong.

Also i made the ever so slightest edit to Jmorphmans Ken. i lowered the hitbox on his qcf+lk to hit crouching opponents like it did in CVS2, that way he can do more damage and has much more combos at his disposal. once again i did 2 matches.
