Clay B. Marsh, M.D., professor of internal medicine, Senior Associate VP for Health Sciences Research, Vice Dean of Research for the College of Medicine, Executive Director of the Center for Personalized Health Care, and Director of the Center for Critical and Respiratory Care at The Ohio State University, delivered the Nancy Middleton Smith Lecture, "P4 Medicine: From Genetics to Facebook" at the University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on March 1, 2012.
Dr. Marsh focused on understanding the driving forces that will create health care transformation and require value innovation, the concept of hot-spotters and how this will drive value innovation, the role of systems engineering in delivering health care value, and evolving concepts of wellness and health.
