Activists, Andrew Rumbold and James Babb inform the public about their right to vote "not guilty" if the law is unjust or misapplied. Google: "Jury Nullification."

A county employee attempts to bully the activists off of a public sidewalk. Men with guns and badges respond, and then leave after informing the overzealous court employee that no crime had been committed.
