A major edit of Fervicante's Liz. Replaced the horrible SND file for better quality voices with Aomura's. I used what she had in XI to create a few new moves. A shout out goes to Lost Avenger who helped with the basics. This is our first combined effort. Liz is the first of 8 characters scheduled for KOFE v0.9
