To give it its full title: Roast Pork Loin Wrapped in Smoked Bacon served with Sweet/Sour Braised Red Cabbage, Mustard Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. It's a bit of a mouthful, to be sure, but a truly delicious one. In this video I show you how to make all the components - the roast pork wrapped in bacon, the sweetish / sour red cabbage and the mustard mashed potatoes. And the gravy too! It might sound complicated, but you can do this in 90 minutes and most of that time is sitting around waiting for things to cook!
