Claudia Kemfert is the Co-Chair of the Working Group on Governance and Policy aspects of Climate Change at the Dahrendorf Symposium 2013. Claudia is Professor of Energy Economics and Sustainability and Head of the DIW Department of Energy, Transportation, and Environment. Her research centres on the evaluation of climate and energy policy strategies. 'Changing the European debate: Focus on Climate Change. Dahrendorf Symposium 2013' is a joint initiative of the Hertie School, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Stiftung Mercator.
