The 2005 world premiere of the Queer Jewish Weddings Concert, a magnificent and incredibly touching evening of klezmer music and storytelling, commissioned for the ReJewvination festival. Led by the spectacular singer, the late Adrienne Cooper (1946-2011), with Frank London (trumpet), Lorin Sklamberg (vocals, accordion), Sarah Felder (performance artist and juggler), Marilyn Lerner (piano, glass harmonica), relive this touching evening of struggles and joy, of love and family, that is part of the long march to equality. Adreinne Cooper tragically passed away in 2011, before Obergefell made same sex marriages legal in the USA in 2015.
