Shem begat Arphaxad 2 yrs. after the flood,
Arphaxad lived 35 yrs. and begat Salah,
Salah lived 30 yrs. and begat Eber,
Eber lived 34 yrs and begat Peleg,

2 + 35 + 30 + 34 = 101

Peleg lived 30 yrs. and begat Reu
Peleg lived 209 yrs. after he begat Reu.

"Unto Eber were born two sons:
the name of one was Peleg;
for in his days was the earth
divided; ..."(Genesis 10:25a)

The "days of Peleg were:
30 + 209 = 239
101 + 209 = 340

Sometime between
101 and 340 years
after the Flood...
the Earth was divided
into continents.
