Hey KDF Marathon Runners, We here at allPRO Sports Performance and ProRehab of Louisville are happy to bring you the ninth of a fourteen week strength training Program. This week we cover some general strength training along with specific loading mechanics while jumping and common problem areas for runners.
We also have a new model this week, Chris, who is one of our coaches at our Chenoweth clinic. A fresh face for the 2nd half of our training program.
