Meet Sally Scott and Nicole Sjardin, the authors of 'Bridging Foods: an introduction to gluten, dairy & yeast free eating'. Sally will tell the story about the book and Nicole will demonstrate how to make breakfast quinoa with blueberries, almond crescents, beetroot dip and gluten and dairy free bread with dukkah.
