This webinar will focus on the best practices for data processing and analysis in surface plasmon resonance (SPR) experiments. As a senior field application scientist working on the ProteOn™ XPR36 protein interaction array system, Dr Jonathan Popplewell has over 10 years experience with label-free analysis. He will cover a range of topics including the use of standard errors, use of local versus grouped/global fits, generating standard deviations, and how to put data sets together for statistical analysis. Attendees will gain deep knowledge of the many factors included in data processing and analysis, as well as how to design experiments for better data acquisition.
