The last portion of this lesson introduces khemtā tāla. This is a six beat cycle, divided 3+3, often used in folk settings. There is no real consensus as to what defines khemtā. Some will consider this to be a prakār of dādrā. In Bengali tradition, khemtā is another tāla. Please check the link to the video below.
