Sammy, Health Education and Promotion's Sexual Health Student Assistant, describes how to use an external condom, which is a safer sex product that reduces the risk of transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) during oral sex, vaginal sex, and anal sex. It also reduces the risk of unintended pregnancy during vaginal sex.
If you're concerned about STI transmission or pregnancy, you can call the UC Davis Student Health and Counseling Services Advice Nurse 24/7 at 530-752-2349.
