Really good vegan miso soup, ready in minutes, easy fix and has a great taste. Super healthy.. one onion, two carrots, 1/2 pan water, three handfuls dried mushrooms-- bring to hard boil for three minutes -- remove from heat, add 1/2 lb froz spinach, four big tablespoons white miso stir well and soup is ready.. don't boil miso as it is a live food...
