http://pixvid.me/BFFTulsa2012 In this recap video of the Tulsa, OK stop of the 2012 Zumiez Best Foot Forward skateboarding tour, the dusty winds of this former Dustbowl town presented a challenge to the skaters competing for first place.
In the finals, dudes like Caleb Bagley and Jordan Rudichuck stood out among those who showed up for battle. Both rocked their way into the finals with various combos on the bump-to-ledges and an extra-special gap-over-the-pyramid to nose blunt for Jordan.
"Dirty" Dakota Villancana rocked out some hammers down the man-rail, including a kickflip to front 50 that left the crowd speechless. His consistency and calm demeanor landed him the third place spot.
Coming in second was Dakota Camp. Dakota put on the gnar gloves and went to work on the concrete, leading him to success.
The man of the day was former BFF finalist Pat Donivan. Like a concrete warrior, Pat rolled faster than a cheetah and flew higher than an exotic bird. With moves like smith grind to 50-50s and big powerful bluntslides, the consistency of Donivan's lines was unmatched. Pat truly earned the first place spot.
